Core Programs

Resources Unlimited - Adult Development Day Treatment (ADDT)
This program is available for any adult with a development disability aged 18 years or older. The individual must have Arkansas Medicaid funding. This program meets Monday-Friday from 9 am-3 pm. The goal of this program is to teach adults with disabilities basic life skills to live their most independent successful life. The program focuses on the following areas:

Ross Parker Training Center - Vocational Training

Partnership employment with Redemption Ranch.

This program is available for any adult with a disability aged 24 or older per federal guidelines. This program meets Monday-Friday from 9:30 am-3:00 pm. The goal of this program is to teach and prepare individuals for community-integrated employment. The program focuses on the following areas:

Job Readiness Services:

  • Job Readiness (Pre/Post Employment Services)
  • Vocational Skills Training
  • Soft and essential skills such as how to appropriately interact and dress in a workspace and taking breaks on time.

Supported Employment

This program is available for any adult with a developmental disability aged 18 years or older. The individual must come through Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, Texas Workforce Commission, an Arkansas PASSE Program, or have a Ticket to Work. This program is individualized and will meet one-on-one with an employment specialist to prepare, secure, and maintain community employment. The program focuses on the following areas:

Supported Living

This program is available for any adult with a developmental disability aged 18 years or older. The individual must have Arkansas Waiver funding. The goal of this program is to teach adults with disabilities basic life skills to live their most independent successful life while residing in their own homes. The program focuses on the following areas:

  • Money Management
  • Medication Management
  • Health and Safety
  • Hygiene and Grooming
  • Grocery Shopping and Cooking Skills
  • Basic Household Skills

A staff person will be assigned to you to assist you in living as independently as possible in your own residence within the community.

Haven Home - Community Living

This program is available for any adult with a development disability aged 18 years or older. The individual must have Arkansas Waiver funding. The goal of this program is to teach adults with disabilities basic life skills to live their most independent successful life. The program focuses on the following areas:
